People behave differently in the world due to the differences in nature and the environment under which they are raised. These are factors determining ones personality and how they conduct themselves in public or their private lives. In an office, all sorts of behaviors are expected from the employees. This brings about the set of laws to guide the workers for standardization and to practice impartiality to everyone (Neff 2006).
Females in an office display diverse behaviors on Monday. They show hostile traits when handling clients and some are stressed out. This is due to the weekend which poses repulsive conditions. On the converse, some look so fresh and have all the vigor to work. That happens because of the two day’s rest, which doubles their energy (Simpkins & Annellen, 2003). The virtue of enthusiasm reflects as workers perform total and perfected jobs. Their vigor is not so far dilapidated. That makes the managerial staff to be very impressed with the employees work. This is due to excellent time supervision (Ellis& Toft 2009).
Tuesdays are also working days. Data access recruits should display attentiveness in their job. The vigor to work is evident among all the workers. Data entry is a type of a profession that involves keen and a good set of mind frame. Like in any category of association, challenges are bound to occur. Therefore the executive ought to be equipped to solve any kind that is faced in the company. The employees may be the root of the crisis. In such a case, the manager should try to impact some amendments to the workforce to solve the fastidious predicament (Beach 2007).
On Wednesday, the mind becomes divided as it is already reflecting on how Friday and the weekend. Inadequate deliberation is shown in the work done. However, some minds have not wholly diverted their attention to the impending activities. The mindset to work is somehow divided. The executive can stimulate the workforce by rewarding the most diligent or the good behavior (Brown, 1993). This raises the morale to work harder, and brings about improved private rapport between the workers and the administrator or the employee. Due to this excellent affiliation, the employees become reliable and industrious in their work. The attention may be sidetracked towards other activities, restores and the employees work properly (De Mente 2005).
Thursday is also a working day hence, one has to work whether they are willing or not. Sometimes the workload becomes more to handle thus the staff must enhance the trend to work. A number of employees begin going to work late. Employees presume that the employer no longer follows their behavior in the work place. Employees may engage in chitchats or if the executive isn’t strict on them. The paramount solution for such a challenge is the introduction of performance evaluation to the workers on such a day (Read 2004). This acts as a stimulus, an unpleasant stimuli that the workers will associate with negative results like cut off of the salary, or sacking from ones job.
This contravenes the behavior displayed on Fridays. Weekly activities are very exhaustive. For instance, office employees have to adhere to decrees and rules outlined by the company. The hunch to outdo the competitors intensifies as the company’s goals and achievement cling as the topmost agenda in any firm. Employees are pressed to the wall by the managers ensuing to a wearisome week (Erasmus et al 2004). Due to the engulfing weekend atmosphere, some people tend to dress in casual wear, forgetting that it is still a working day. In some companies some employees are required to go back home and change on their clothing. In a few cases individuals seem paranoid by the end of working days. (Yasko-Mangum 2007)
Working as a data entry employee in an office exposes one to various technologies in the modern world. The expected reactions make one get familiarized to them with time. Female workers in this occupation tend to fit in so easily as female individuals like getting exposed to information (Baecker 1995).
