The research topic is “Predictors of adherence to antiretroviral therapy among people living with HIV and AIDS at Quthing Hospital , Lesotho. The critical Literature review should focus on the global perspective with what obtains in the Sub – Saharan Africa viz a viz Lesotho which is the country where the research is taken place. Please note Lesotho is a country on its own and is different from South Africa. The literature review should have Titles and sub titles
