2.Then, using evudence from Steinberg’s research, challenge the prevailing ethnic myth discussing both the faulty assumptions behind the myth and the arguments and evidence which support an alternative interpretation. Be thorough in your analysis by including several of the main arguments in both your discussion of the myth and in the research that contradicts this prevailing ethnic myth.
3.Finally, once you have explained and challenged the ethnic myth, you should discuss why you believe this myth arose as well as the effects the myth has had on our belief about this group. How has it influenced our perceptions of this group how has this influenced our perceptions of other immigrant group? There is no right or wrong answer in this section of the paper；you should support your argument with evidence and example. you should take a position on (make an argument about ) the importance of the effects of this myth on our culture.
