6. You can check the documents I uploaded in the first order, they are relevant. If you want me to upload them again in this order , let me know
7. In this order,will be the following:
– Table of contents: for the chapters & sub-categories ( the same like the previous order )
– An abstract. “ Because we didn’t include it in the first order, because it has to include a summary of the whole thesis, that’s why I included it in the second order ”
– Chapter Three: Research Methodology: (you can add more elements below, these are guidelinesonly , all these sections need more elaboration from your side and scientific research evidence )
– Research Method
– Primary Research : Quantitative , and you need to mention more elaboration why the choice of this method specifically and to add some references to prove these points
– Sample:( 75 to 100 )respondents ( Leaders from Telecommunications Sector ) no geographical specification. Leaders can be either managing a team or managing a function. I don’t know if this kind of sample is considered a Random sample technique or not ? You need to verify thisout. As we talked before that the main method is the online survey (quantitative) but my mentor also want to include a few interviews (anonymous) with some leaders from the telecommunication sector ( about 10 interviews or so ) just to see some different opinions other than our main method which is the survey. The interviews can be done through E.mail not necessarily face to face.
– Questionnaire “ survey ”design:(and how the construction of these questions will answer the research question).The questions choice?type of questions ? and why? . The survey questions must answer the research question ( the impact of leadership development programs on leaders performance ). So you can ask questions on each leadership development program and how it impact the leaders performance ?leadership development programs examples like the ones we mentioned in the review of literature. The questionnaire also should include demographics questions , age , company size , and so on .This is only an idea , I want to hear from you how you are going to design the survey? And please I want to see it before sending it to the sample.
– Data collection :Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey, also you need to mention how you are going to reach the sample. For example through linked-in , former work collegues , .. etc ( let me know your feedback ).
– The interview questions
– Challenges of the research methodology
– Chapter Four: Data Analysis
– Data Analysis Method, and why ( SPSS or Excel )
– (not only descriptive analysis , it should be reflective, simple, easy-to read, include comparisons between answers, depth and comprehensive understanding of the results …. etc. )

– I prefer if you work on the same document from the previous order, so you can continue on the same table of contents and the same bibliography. ( as a one document ).
– I want to see the questionnaire (survey) before sending it to the Research Sample. I will also want to see the survey link after it finished. And I might also want to see the SPSS file as well.
– I will put on this order around 10 references (you can distribute them as you like between the remaining chapters) and you can add more references, its ok for me. For example you can add some in the research methodology chapter and some on the discussiaon/recommendations chapter.
– This Order is Extremely Important &Critical , feel free to ask questions by mail or phone !
