POSITION OVERVIEW:
Under close supervision of a degreed professional, completes routine technical support assignments. Assignments are designed to develop a working knowledge of policies, practices, and procedures related to field of study. This is a developmental position for college interns who are pursuing a technical (non-engineering) field of study.
May perform any or all of the following types of assignments in the office or at a field site:
Participates in field activities and special studies. Makes observations, collect samples, performs routine tests, and maintains documentation. Prepares required field and office reports of various activities and findings.
Researches and gathers statistics and related data for periodic and/or special one-time reports. Reviews, verifies, and formats this information into reports for use within and outside the unit. Such reports may be in spreadsheet or graphical formats, or narrative-style word documents. Prepares accompanying correspondence and distributes reports as directed.
Build sample applications that demonstrate:
o HTML5 and CSS3 coding, especially new HTML5 tags that were not available in previous versions.
o How ASP.NET Model-View-Controller (MVC) applications can serve up both mobile and desktop browser applications that utilize the same business logic and database.
o jQuery and jQuery techniques.
Find good online (free) resources that allow the team to learn Mobile, jQuery and MVC development techniques.
Document the procedures for including jQuery Mobile, Webkit and related technologies into Microsoft Visual Studio applications.
Lead “brown bag” sessions to review all of the above with the team.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. Qualifications
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Incumbent must be enrolled in technical curriculum at an accredited college or university and completed at least one year of study.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Familiarity with tasks, techniques, and PC software packages typically associated with field of study.

Familiarity with the task and techniques for the job. Although I have not worked in another company, I am familiar with the task that I am required to do. I have attended seminars and workshops that deal with the task and therefore I have mastered the techniques that are necessary.
Technological ability. I am well conversant with developing of applications. My specialty in the apps work is in development of documents.
Attending of fieldwork.
I have experience with going out to the field to collect data. In the fieldworks that I have attended, I have been in charge of gathering and analyzing of the data.

Ability to relocate or travel, willingness to take a drug test or background check, US Citizenship, passport, travel experience, etc. Willingness to travel because of the field studies. I have no problem with travelling since am used to that. I have hard to commute long distances in during my high school education.
