Several companies encounter shortcoming mostly while performing their duties and they solve the problems through the implication of diverse measures. Generally, one of these problems is usually difficult during the occurrence period tends to become a part of common interest through the help of the media (Gottschalk 34). This problem is referred as Business Crisis, where the company encounters legal, political, financial and governmental collision on its business. The vital property of crises is the constituent of bombshell and the most awful part has been identified to be in their maintenance is the issue of not being ready.

Crisis can develop out of nowhere at any given period, they can be caused by workers faults, natural occurrences and the industrial accidents (Gilpin, Dawn, and Priscilla 38). Severally the main resultant of crisis is the aspect of management itself, whereby managers tend to insist that they undergo no business crisis, the resulting outcome is that they fall in the effects of lying and despise of its existence. They make up excuses when the issue concerning the completion of a job arises, for example they may frame-up an issue like, and “they encountered much strife that altered their workability”. Some managers eventually lead themselves to the fallacies of crisis, whereby they tend to be anguished by the denial of their occurrence (Gottschalk 49). In the course of their fallacies, these predicaments accumulate resulting to absolute failure. The executives in strategies dealing with the crisis divide business Crises in cycles that have their own specific length of each depending on the competence of the management.
