Develop a Management Skills Learning and Development Action Plan that describes the skills, resources, and other requirements you‘ll need to further your career aspirations and development. In this plan we ask you to lay out your career goals and career opportunities as well as your learning and development plans. The action plan assignment should be submitted in four (4) parts, as outlined below. The report will evaluate the appropriateness of your learning goals, how well you justify your plan using course theories and how closely your plan links to your analysis. In other words we are assessing your ability not only to assess the
strengths and weaknesses of your skills but your ability to then plan to improve your skills so that you are able to achieve future career ambitions, We also encourage you to invite a colleague or employer to assist with this development plan. Hence, this assignment may create an opportunity for you to discuss goals with your employers.
The plan should be kept focused and tight so that it remains within the 2000 words limit. You will need a minimum of 10 references to support this plan.
