After reading the article, what kind of proposal works on this policy?
The proposal should cater for equal rights between the teachers and the students. This is so because the teacher has a tattoo in class while the same student he is teaching does not have the same. The teacher should be the best role models to their students not rivals in terms of clothing and informal activities.
What kind would you write?
The proposal will cover all the students’ requirements and all the reasons to why I support the student and not the school and the teacher.
Who is the audience?
The audience is the board directors of the school and the entire responsible stakeholder’s within the school core.
Who are the stakeholders?
Stakeholders in this case are the parents and the sponsors who have invested in the school.
How do the members of the community perceive the policy or the implementation?
The members of the community who are mostly the parents to the children within the school need the best learning environment for their children. The community perceives anything that is right for the well-being of the children within the community and do not expect the worst from the teachers who teach the children. It is not right for a teacher to have a tattoo and decline the same student from exposing his or her tattoo. The same student should listen to the teacher in class daily while the teacher exposes his tattoo and the student barred from doing the same.
What solutions are proposed?
The teacher’s have no restrictions but the students have restrictions on their rules. The teachers do not have restrictions on having tattoos in their rules. The teacher is right in what he is doing because he is not breaking his rules but if the student attempts doing it he or she is punished.
What other possible solutions can you think of?
The solution to this should reveal how a teacher should be a role model to his or her students. The teacher places a tattoo on his arm and yet the students do not have similar freedom. Both the characters should defer from the act and the school should avoid rules’ that will contradict the student and the teachers.
