Research question:
How can pre hospital care of road traffic injuries be improved in worldwide?
Thesis statement: Saudi Arabia should increase its pre hospital care to reduce the number of deaths. There are many road accidents in Saudi Arabia. For this reason, the government has to improve pre-hospital care to ensure that people survive these accidents. By providing adequate pre-hospital care, this ensures that injures people receive first aid on time. This improves the likeability of the injured individual to survive the injuries. Saudi Arabia has the highest rate of road accidents in the world. This has led to the loss of lives unnecessary which people can avoid. The country needs to improve pre hospital care to save more lives.
Alternative Hypotheses: There is a need to improve pre-medical care in Saudi Arabia. The main aim of pre-hospital care is reducing morbidity and mortality of people injured before they reach hospital. If this is not available, then a person injured during an accident will suffer more injuries if he does not get good medical attention in time.
Null Hypotheses: Improvement of pre hospital can occur through investment in ambulances and paramedics. This will ensure that many people get first aid when they get injured on the road. The government should encourage people to study medicine so that there can be adequate workforce that will treat people who get injured through road accidents.
The government needs to improve the road infrastructure in the country. Poor roads are one of the main reasons that there are accidents. By filling potholes in the roads and building more roads, then the government will make sure that there is a reduction in road accidents in the country.
