The essay is about the role of fashion in relation to culture and identity. I have chosen to focus on gender, more specifically women in the 1960’s/1970’s and how they used fashion as a way to identify their role in society, ‘bra burning’ , women liberation etc… The essay needs three images incorporated into it which need to be referred to in the essay.
