2.demonstrate an understanding as well as application of the basic Environmental Impact Assessment principles and effective utilization of relevant aspect of EIA operation principles
3. the material included should be discussed, compared and contrasted, and critically evaluated throughout the report. judgment should be exercised as to the relevance and importance of the material included.
