You are to indentify any hazards present based on the presented case study and give them a rating score using the Housing Health and Safety Rating System, including detailed justifications for your scoring. Remember when identifying potential hazards you are looking for anything not commonly found in a dwelling of that age and type, which may lead to potential injury to a member of the vulnerable group.
You should then state any interventions necessary to remove or reduce the hazards to an acceptable level. When considering your invention you can use any legislation you consider most fitting to the situation.
