The idea is to reach out to a big group of people in weibo, and ask them to spread the word.

1. setup attract weibo page, 2. through weibo promoted post. 3. Some rewards for followers if they repost the official original post regarding the trendy baby items
you can add more good marketing ways, there is a lot of materials online about marketing through weibo.
