“you have been given a simple contract for the purchase of coal using a CIF terms. I would like you to read it and provide me with the provisions that are related to YOUR FINANCE major. However, I am not looking for listing the provisions and/or repeating them. I am looking for two things:
(a) mainly, how, according to your major(finance), the provisions related you major can be interpreted ( finance), and
(b) how the law, according to our lectures, may, or may not, affect your understanding of the provision.
If you still find it difficult to understand, imagine you are working in a department related to your major (finance) and your manager asks you to review the contract from the perspective of the department.
