Leadership Statement

Leadership Statement
After going over my achievement and undertakings in leadership, my description of leadership is the making of situations that make a section of people to meet a certain objective. How is it acquired? What follows is a precise account of what I attribute to the most vital attributes of a being a good leader.
• Being well organized, clear and meeting goals for the group, being in control of the objectives at all times.
• Getting everyone in the group and assisting them feel that they own the objectives, reinforcing the hard work of the members every time.
• Doing some of the tasks of the group and bringing up a good example for them by completing a certain duty. At all times the aim should be positive and polite as well as encouraging.
• I am able, when led the state education conference, I was filled with fear. But as I went through all of the tasks I knew I would manage it. I led the group to formulating and implementing a development conference.
• Greta successes are met at small intervals, making sure that that they are done in the best way possible.
• Being persistent, there were several things that I thought would not be achieved. Among those things is securing financial assistance of $2500. I went through several processes before I finally got the assistance. If I had not been persistent I would have failed in meeting the stated cost.
• Creating a big picture is significant. Same with planning of professional meetings that involve over 500 participants, there was the possibility of there being hiccups and several things to be altered. But with the preservation of what is important to meet the intended objective, these alterations would seem as a component of the whole process and no need to lose focus.
With the outcome of my leadership undertakings, I am not about to alter anything concerning my mode of leadership. I know that I have been a good leader (Sage, 1st January 2011). This aspect has been forestalled by the members of the group. What I may try to change from my style of leadership is to develop my method of organization in whatever form of activity I am called upon to get involved in. in the beginning set of my leadership, I highly depended upon the organizational structures formed by some of my forerunners. I have now developed a feeling of confidence which has been it possible to form organizational structures that are more aligned to my personal desires, but would offer better structures for the incomers of any process that is embarked on.
My new goal would be addressing the issue in climate challenge that has become a great challenge for the whole world. Our climate is transforming and signs include warmer temperatures, high sea levels and wide range melting of ice caps. The continued global warming presents a massive challenge for the accessibility of water, food supply, public health, the physical environment and other vital human aspects of wellbeing. The leading cause is well known; gas emissions that is as a result of human activities. I am to bring several leaders to the table to discuss this issue and find an amicable solution to it. It is challenging but with my determination, and cooperation from every member concerned, that I am set to meet this objective.
Each and every student will be involved as they are upcoming leaders. This would hence be a conference of the present and future leaders aiming to save the future. It is with great commitment that this conference would be a success from me and other members of my group.
