Introduction
According to the official procedure that is distinct, closely relates to the necessities examination and majors on the human basics of the requirements, there is need for the determination of the gaps of the required skills for the success of the Got cash as a firm. To begin with the type of the analysis to understand the gaps is, to establish whether the training is the preferred solution to the problem. This is because the training might not be the concrete source of understanding in this case. There is a possibility that there can be other vital means and hence the training suitability analysis is very basic. The acquisition of excellent technical and interpersonal skills has proved a great challenge, thus there is an important note that the personnel which I will get needs training. It is then relevant to know the gaps. To the recruits, there is a need for the specification of the main duties and the stage of skills needed. This is vital in the sense that it is established that the training that will result will contain all the suitable links for the composition of the job.
The Context Analysis which is a study of the business requirements or other functions of the training is aimed at. The analysis tends to bring to the surface the individual who advocated for the training, the reason as to why the training is the best decision and the history of the business in relation to the training of the employees and other managerial involvements inclusive. The training is aimed at enlightening the recruits in order to be productive to the Got Cash as an organization. In this context they will know what the business needs for the success. The information acquired from the business document, laws and other written articles can be used to analyze the procedures and the kind of practices performed in the business. This can be used as a tool to analyze the trends in the contents of the organization. From here the problem solving skills and other equipments can be obtained and therefore improved to suit the more competent ways in the organization.
In the needs analysis, I will include the statement of the requirement of training to enable trainees have the overview of the contents of what is expected from them and what they should expect. After identifying the training gaps, the learners will have in mind the full contents and the required adjustments. I will also review the previous trainings. I will assess the training options before analyzing the cost benefit of the training options.
