This assignment is in two parts and will focus on a real life business venture. This semester students should choose one from the following: Oxfam, Peugeot, Ryanair, Tesco UK.
1. Present a statement encapsulating the strategy of your chosen organisation in a maximum of 35 words, see Collis, D. and Rukstad, M. (2008). Can you say what your strategy is? Harvard Business Review, 86(4), pp.82–90.
2. Provide a supporting argument to justify the wording of your strategy statement. This should include evidence from a variety of appropriate sources. The word limit for the supporting argument is 500 words excluding the References List. No appendices are permitted. The supporting argument should demonstrate the validity of each component of the statement
