Risk Assessments and Alcohol Awareness Project
This project is at the College of Saint Rose and it aims at improving the Saint Rose community by enhancing the communities awareness on the impact and consequences of alcohol consumption. The project supports the goals of the college of Saint Rose which works towards having a safe environment for quality in their academic excellence, critical thinking and responsibility through motivating responsible and healthy decision making.
The project will develop an education plan for the whole campus by utilizing a systems level approach. It will also promote the Saint Rose culture as it relates to alcohol use and abuse and also focus on students’ realities and perceptions in the campaign developed and lastly, expand on the alternatives to alcohol use.
The goals that the project aims for a plan that is committed to risk assessment and alcohol awareness. Also to determine what is currently offered and to develop a strategic plan which is specifically for alcohol and other drug education and prevention programming for three to five years.
