The leader communicates the vision of the company clearly and elaborately. Through regular meetings with departmental heads, the CEO constantly reminds them to keep their staff aware of the vision of the organization and to remain focused on it. Moreover, the vision is written in different places within the organization.

The leader is a change agent because he has transformed the organization by giving it new direction and helping employees to identify with it. By being at the forefront of doing his duty, other employees look up to him and follow suit. Through empowering employees and motivating them, the CEO has promoted ownership of organizational goals by employees.
