A marketing research is necessary in the determination of a defined action. This helps identify customer dissatisfaction and in the determination of an appropriate action to solve the problem. Kudler should concentrate on the definition of marketing problem and determining available opportunities to increase customer satisfaction (Chase et al, 2006). Currently, the problem is centered at the ability of the business to gather information and research in the expansion of organic food online and catering services. Lack of an organized plan affects the effectiveness of decisions made. If this is developed, Kudler will be in a position to spearhead implementation of detailed and diligent action in achieving desired outcomes.
Consumers are currently placing more emphasis on healthy foods a factor that has resulted to a change in purchasing habits (Kerin et al, 2006). KFF should concentrate on this fact hence educate people on the availability organic options. This will draw customers easily as most customers are searching for a place where they can get such products. Providing gourmet and organic foods at one stole location will automatically result to high sales as the market for these goods is on the rise in United States. Popularity of these products will be directly proportional to the sales made.
Kudler concentrate on means to build customer loyalty. In achieving this, market research is necessary to identify other products that she can add to the stock. Assessing commonly purchased will enable her to increase supplies of such products thus avoiding delays when customers come to purchase the products. The research should also include pricing of products by competitor. Since the business will rely on technology in raising its profit, monitoring system to determine business trends are necessary. The business needs to also consider the establishment of continuous auditing services to counteract emerging business risks (Gomez et al, 2002). The use of internet as a marketing tool should be considered in enhancing the supply of goods to meet increasing customer demands.
In conclusion, Kudler must continue to consider customer satisfaction as the basic means of ensuring their sustenance in the business cycle. Any action carried out should thus be directed towards customer satisfaction. These actions include the implementation of new technology and more products in the market.
