Aviation Training Standards in Europe, the US, and Canada Versus Developing Countries
The standards of the aviation training in the United States, Europe, and Canada are among the highest in the world as all the sub sections are equally considered. Among the elements considered are the age, health and the expertise of the plane operators wholesomely. That is the pilot equally to the crew. This is to ensure maximum efficiency. Whereas in the developing, countries the health factor and the crew’s expertise has insignificant magnitude in consideration. In the United States, Canada and Western Europe the security system is more effective and the air crashes are greatly minimal. The crashes are less common in the developing countries and in a period of about five years, (From 2005 to 2009) a total of 43 crashes were experienced but only 9 cases arose from these countries with the rest occurring in the developing countries.
There is a great confidence and reliability in the standards of training in Western Europe, Canada and the United States, a fact that is absent in the developing countries. The major attribute to this is, the availability of large varieties of amenities in such developed countries guaranteeing both comfort and convenience to their training.

Equally, in both cases there is an exclusive measure taken to curb such safety crises. A number of factors contribute to the alarming rates of accidents. These factors are basically due to failure to follow instructions which might seen so simple, but are life saving.
